What is NXWorld?

NXWorld is a website dedicated to the quickly evolving technology and partner ecosystem focused on the Fujitsu NX Manager server platform.

Do you provide access to demo software?

Yes, we encourage and provide access to a fully functional NX Manager cloud installation so your customers can test without the IT hassle to set up their own environment

How long does it take to get setup?

Depending on the number of users and workflow steps, setup can be as quick as one day.

Do you offer on-premise or cloud installations?

Both on-premise or professional managed cloud installations are available. Note that on-premise are remote sessions so access to network resources is required. On-site is available but customer is responsible for time and travel expense.

Which scanners are supported by NX Manager?

NX Manager currently supports the Fujitsu fi-7300NX image scanner.

How can I test NX Manager features and functionality?

In order to test NX Manager properly with document scanning you will need a Fujitsu fi-7300NX image scanner. A scanner can be requested by completing our Getting Started with NX Manager form.

Is there a Scanner API available?

Yes, there is a Scanner API available for NX Manager. The NX Manager Scanner API is used to build custom scanning applications for the Fujitsu fi-7300NX image scanner.

Is there an Authentication API available?

Yes, there is an Authentication API available for NX Manager. The NX Manager Authentication API is used to provide custom Identity and Authentication integration for the Fujitsu fi-7300NX image scanner that is not offered as part of the standard functionality.

Is NX Manager compatible with Microsoft O365?

Yes, NX Manager is compatible with Microsoft Office 365 but this is not part of the standard functionality and is an additional configuration.

Can we switch from hosted to customer managed?

Yes, you are in complete control of your infrastructure whether we manage this service or not and you will always have access however you wish.
